Do you charge military families more or less?

Neither. We charge the same as we would for any other client. Our service does not change based on who is paying. The only thing that changes for military buyers is which loan programs and tax benefits we will help you take advantage of.

Can you help me PCS in if I am not yet in Arizona?

Yes. We can do video walkthroughs of every home that fits your criteria, run all paperwork digitally, and have you under contract before you ever set foot in the state. Most of our military clients do it this way.

Which lenders do you recommend for VA loans?

We will introduce you to two or three local VA-experienced lenders so you can compare rates and terms. We do not get paid for the referral and we do not steer. The right lender depends on your credit profile, branch, and timeline.

What about renting out the home when I PCS out?

We can connect you with vetted local property managers and help you decide whether selling or renting is the better long-term move based on your equity, rates, and Phoenix market conditions.

Is the West Valley a good long-term hold?

Yes. The West Valley is one of the fastest growing parts of the Phoenix Metro and has seen strong appreciation over the last decade. The Loop 303 freeway and continued employer expansion have been positive long-term value drivers.
