Avondale (10 to 15 minutes)

Affordable, growing fast, lots of new builder communities. Best for first time buyers using a VA loan.

West Glendale (5 to 15 minutes)

Closest to base. Mix of older and newer construction. Best for buyers prioritizing minimum commute.
