No. We have specific advisors on our team who speak Spanish fluently. They will be your direct point of contact in Spanish, and the rest of the team supports the transaction in English. The full team works together on every deal.

Can you deliver the purchase contract in Spanish?

The contracts and disclosures used in Arizona real estate are state-issued forms in English and we cannot legally substitute a translated version. What we do is walk through every page with you in Spanish so you understand what you are signing before you sign it.

Do I need a Social Security Number to buy a home?

Not necessarily. There are ITIN loan programs that allow buyers without a Social Security Number to qualify for a mortgage. We will introduce you to lenders who specialize in these programs.
